Hi my name is Lucinda Murch. Together with my husband Gary we opened Farm Friends Early Childhood Centre twelve years ago. We have three children, Anthony (23), Christina (20), and Julia (10). My passion is early childhood education and animals. My vision was to combine the two in a unique rural setting, creating a friendly, caring and fun learning environment for families. I have a Diploma in Teaching (ECE), Bachelor of Teaching & Learning, and I am currently working towards a Post-Grad in Education. Fully registered Teacher. First Aid Certificate.

Hi my name is Michelle Collins. I am a teacher here at Farm Friends and have been here for nearly seven years. I have always been around young children growing up and have had experience working with children in variety of activities outside the early childhood setting. I have been in early childhood for nine years now and throughout this time I have gained a Nanny Certificate, Diploma in Teaching (ECE) and a Bachelor of Teaching (ECE). I am currently working towards a Post-Grad in Leadership and Management (ECE) part time. I enjoy working with children, seeing the learning and development that takes place and the uniqueness each child brings. Fully registered Teacher. First Aid Certificate.

Hi my name is Lynne. I have two grown up children and through them I was involved in athletics, soccer, gymnastics and softball. I have lived out at Bethells for 25 years. I came to Farm Friends in March 2007 for a practicum towards my Diploma of Teaching. I felt welcomed and a part of the teaching team, even though I was a student visiting. I am now a permanent teacher at Farm Friends, now in my third year and final year of my Diploma. I am thoroughly enjoying the relationships I am building with the families and children.

Hi my name is Fiona. I am a mother of two teenage children and worked with/for Farm Friends for eleven years. I began working here as a reliever teacher, then became the centre cook for the past six years. I have the opportunity to interact with the children through cooking, baking and providing healthy food choices, which I thoroughly enjoy.
